<br />I <br /> <br />83- 001750 <br /> <br />not be assigned by the Purchasers unless the consent thereto of <br />the Vendors in writing shall have been first obtained, which <br />consent may not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />It is further agreed that the warranty deed or deeds to <br />the premises as executed by the Vendors shall be deposited <br />with the aforesaid escrow agent as depository, to be held in <br />escrow until full performance by the Purchasers of the terms <br />of this contract. The abstract to such premises, however, will <br />be held by the Federal Land Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />until Vendors have paid the balance of their mortgage in favor <br />of said Federal Land Bank, at which time said abstract will also <br />be placed in escrow, or if the Purchasers have paid the balance <br />of the purchase price at such time, then such abstract shall be <br />delivered to Purchasers.
