<br />r <br /> <br />83- 001643 <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />BOSSELMAN BROTHERS SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />In The City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> <br />The undersigned, Bosselman, Inc., a Nebraska corporation; Third <br />City El'evator Company, a Nebraska corporation; Wilson Trailer Sales <br />of Nebraska, Inc.., a Nebraska corporation; Frederick H. Bosselman <br />and Maxine E. Bosselman, husband and wife; and Charles O. Bosselman <br />and Elizabeth G. Bosselman, husband and wife, hereinafter called the <br />Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~) of Section Eleven (11), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at' the intersection of the East line <br />of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter ~W~swt) with <br />the northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. <br />30, also being the Southwest corner of Connell Indus- <br />trial Park Subdivision; thence southwesterly along the <br />northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 30 a <br />distance of one thousand four hundred one and six <br />hundredths (1,401.06) feet to a line fifty-five (55.0) <br />feet East of and parallel to the West line of said <br />Section Eleven (11); thence northerly parallel to said <br />West line of Section Eleven (11) a distance of eight <br />hundred fifty-nine and five-tenths (859.5) feet to the <br />southerly right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Rail- <br />road; thence northeasterly along said railroad right- <br />of-way line a distance of ~ne thousand four hundred <br />six and two-tenths (1,406.2) feet to the East line of <br />said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~), also <br />being the Northwest corner of said Connell Industrial <br />Park Subdivision; thence southerly along the East line <br />of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~) a <br />distance of eight hundred seventy-one and eight-tenths <br />(871.B) feet to the place of beginning, and containing <br />25.139 acres, more or less; <br /> <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above-described tract <br /> <br />of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Grand ,Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of <br /> <br /> <br />such City for acceptance. as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br /> <br /> <br />of suchp'r~posed subdivision, to be known as BOSSELMAN BROTHERS <br /> <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and <br /> <br /> <br />part,lculal,"ly describing the lots and easements belonging to such <br /> <br /> <br />suWivi.slon, with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimen- <br /> <br />sIons, anctpropose to cause the plat of such subdivision when <br /> <br />" <br />.,:.oi <br />
