83- 001639 without demand or notice, immediately repaid by mortgagor to mortgagee with interest thereon as set forth in the note from the date of such advance. 5. Default. Time is of the essence hereof and upon mortgagor's default in any covenant or agreement of this mortgage, including covenants to pay when due sums secured by this mortgage, mortgagee shall be entitled, at its option and without notice, to declare all sums secured by this mortgage to be immediately due in payable and may commence foreclosure of this mortgage by judicial proceedings. 6. Transfer of the Property.
