<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 19, said Nottingham Estates Subdivision;
<br />thence S 89°32'34" W for 111.45 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 19, said
<br />point being on the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Hope Street; thence S 0°27'26" E
<br />for 52.30 Feet along the said Easterly Right-Qf-Way line of Hope Street to ~~ point
