200809256 WHEREAS, Sara R. Mann did not execute the Promissory Note and is not a named Borrower on the Deed of Trust. WHEREAS, it was the sole intention of Sara R. Mann when executing the Deed of Trust to be a "co-signer" as that term is used and defined in paragraph thirteen (13) of the Deed of Trust. Specifically, Sara R. Mann intended only to grant and convey her interest in the Subject Property under the terms of the Deed of Trust; and did not intend to become personally obligated to pay any sum secured by the Deed of Trust. Sara R. Mann agreed that Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Anthony P. Mann and Carol L. Kaiser could agree to extend, modify, forbear or make any accommodations with regard to the terms of the Deed of Trust or the Promissory Note without Sara R. Mann's consent. NOW, THEREFORE, the Deed of Trust is hereby amended to add Sara R. Mann as a named Borrower in the Definition provided in section (B) of the Deed of Trust and for purposes of the Deed of Trust in relation to pledging her interest in the Subject Property as a means of securing the indebtedness described in the Promissory Note. Sara R. Mann will be deemed to be a "co-signer" as defined in paragraph thirteen (13) ofthe Deed of Trust for the purposes set forth in paragraph thirteen of the Deed of Trust.
