<br />200809067 <br /> <br />weeks commencing on August 27, 2008, and ending September 24, 2008. The last <br />publication notice was at least ten days prior to the Trustee's Sale held on October 14, 2008, <br />and said sale was not later than 30 days after the last publication of notice. <br /> <br />6. Grantor conducted a sale ofthe real property at public auction on October 14,2008, at 10:00 <br />a.m. in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111W est First Street, Grand Island, <br />'Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of to U.S. BANK, N.A., in the sum of Forty-Eight <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine and 20/100 Dollars ($48,879.20) as the highest bid <br />upon said real property. Grantor complied with the requirements of the above-referenced <br />Deed of Trust and the requirements of Nebraska Statute ~ 76-1001 through~' 76-1018 in the, <br />exercise of the sale of the real property described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on October <br />14,2008. <br /> <br />7.
