<br />200510331 <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br />TERM <br /> <br />The rights granted in this sha1l be perpetual as to the permanent easement, and sha1l be for <br />the period of construction of said storm sewer line following the execution of this agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION III <br /> <br />RIGHTS OF GRANTEE <br /> <br />Grantee shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from the premises for any and all <br />purposes necessary or convenient to the exercise ofthe Grantee ofthe rights granted in this Easement <br />to include but not be limited to construction, insta1lation and maintenance of said storm sewer line; <br />and removal of all timber, brush or other natural growth which may interfere, prohibit or damage the <br />improvements to be made thereon. <br /> <br />SECTION IV <br /> <br />WARRANTY OF TITLE <br /> <br />Grantor covenants that Grantor is the owner of the premises and has the right, title and <br />capacity to grant the right-of-way granted in this agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION V <br /> <br />EFFECTIVENESS OF EASEMENT <br /> <br />This Easement shall be binding on the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of <br />the parties. <br /> <br /> <br />\Jtbru Ie Ob71- <br /> <br />Debra K.
