This Decree will not become final until thirty (30) days from the date hereof or upon the death of either of the parties hereto, except for purposes of appeal. For the purposes of remarriage, this Decree shall not become final and operative until six (6) months after its date. This Decree shall not become final and operative for six (6) months from this date for the purposes of health insurance coverage and for purposes of re- marriage. Provided further, if the Decree is not vacated or modified during the periods set forth above, or unless proceedings for vacation or modification, are pending at the expiration of those dates, this Decree will become final without further Order of the Court. 8.
