AUL T, <br /> <br />Respondent. <br /> <br />NOW on this 30th day of July, 2003, this matter comes on for final hearing; the <br />Petitioner is present with her attorney, Earl D. Ahlschwede and the Respondent does not <br />appear, but his Guardian Ad Litem previously appointed by this Court, Rachel Daugherty, <br />is present; evidence is received and the Court being fully advised in the premises FINDS, <br />ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. The marriage is irretrievably broken and is hereby dissolved. <br />3. All property in the possession of the Petitioner and listed on her Property <br />Statement is quieted in her. Such property includes the real estate legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 20 in Block 1 in Sothman's Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />which is quieted in the Petitioner. <br />4. All debts of the marriage set forth in the Property Statement shall be paid by the <br />Petitioner and she shall hold the Respondent harmless from those debts. <br />5. If the Petitioner is eligible to continue to receive spousal support as set forth on <br />the Grand Island Veteran's Home exhibit with the effective date of January 1, 2003, which <br />was received in this matter, she shall receive those benefits. <br />6. Petitioner is ordered to pay the costs of this action including the Guardian Ad <br />Litem's fee taxed in the sum of $255.00 which shall be paid by the Clerk to Rachel <br />Daugherty, Attorney at Law. The Petitioner shall have 90 days from this date to pay such <br /> <br />IlICROFlx..- <br />
