To act with respect to all Federal, State and local governmental programs, including but not limited to all United States Department of Agriculture programs administered through the County Consolidated Farm Services Agency Offices and/or Committees which are, or may become, applicable or available for any property covered by this power of attorney. To transfer assets in trust. Should there be a revocable inter-vivos trust created by me in existence at any time during the effective period of this Durable Power of Attorney, my attorney may transfer any assets subject to the powers granted herein to the trustee of such trust.
