<br />11. To borrow moneY and execute security. To borrow from
<br />time to time such sums of money upon such terms and security as my
<br />attorney may deem fit and proper upon the security of any of my
<br />real or personal property, and to execute and deliver in such form
<br />as may be required any promissory note, mortgage, financing
<br />statement, security agreement, or any other instrument that may be
<br />required to give the lender the right to resort to my property as
<br />security for the repaYment of any such loans.

<br />12. To endorse and deDosit moneys, withdraw, invest and
<br />otherwise deal with tanqible DroDertv. To endorse any check or
<br />drafts and deposit any moneys which may be received by my attorney
<br />with any bank or banker in my name, and to withdraw any of such
<br />money or any other money to which I am entitled which now is or
<br />shall be so deposited, and either employ such money as my attorney
<br />shall think fit in the paYment of any debts, or interest, payable
<br />by me, or taxes, assessments, insurance, and expenses due and
<br />payable or to become due and payable on account of my real and
<br />personal estate, or in or about any of the purposes herein
<br />mentioned or otherwise for my use and benefit, or to invest such
<br />money in my name in any stocks, shares, bonds, securities or other
<br />property, real or personal, as my attorney may think proper, and to
<br />receive and give receipts for any income or dividend arising from
<br />such investments, and to vary or dispose of all and any such
<br />investments or other investments for my use and benefit as my
<br />attorney may think fit. Further, to sell, trade or cash any or all
<br />my treasury securities or savings bonds whether or not they are
<br />registered in my name alone, in joint tenancy or in any other form
<br />of co-ownership and to make any beneficiary change my attorney
<br />shall deem appropriate regardless of any current beneficiary
<br />designation.

<br />13. To vote at meetincrs, execute Droxies, and otherwise
<br />substitute for owner. To vote at the meetings of stockholders,
<br />partners, or members, or other meetings of any corporation,
<br />partnership, or limited liability company, or otherwise to act as
<br />my attorney or proxy, with power of substitution, in respect of any
<br />stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, or other evidences of ownership,
<br />or securities, now or hereafter held by me and issued by or on
<br />account of said corporation, partnership, or limited liability
<br />company and for that purpose to execute any proxies, limited or
<br />general, or other instruments.

<br />14. To execute deeds, bills, notes, and stmilar instruments.
<br />For all or any of the purposes herein stated, to enter into and
<br />sign, seal, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any contracts, deeds,
<br />or other instruments whatsoever, and to draw, accept, make,
<br />endorse, discount, or otherwise deal with any bills of exchange,
<br />checks, promissory notes, or other commercial or mercantile
<br />instruments.

<br />15. To reDresent the taxDaver before any office of the
<br />Internal Revenue Service. To represent me as a taxpayer before any
<br />office of the Internal Revenue Service with respect to Internal
<br />Revenue tax matters involving federal income, estate, gift, and
