200806820 6. That the Property Statement was entered into evidence as Exhibit I . That the Court finds that the Property Settlement and Child Custody Agreement, marked as Exhibit l , is not unconscionable and is in the best interests ofthe parties and the minor children and is hereby approved by the Court and the Court further orders the parties to abide by the tenns of the Settlement Agreement. A copy of the Property Settlement and Child Custody Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. 7. That the pennanent care, custody and control of the minor child, Jennifer M. Uldrich, shall be granted to the Petitioner, subject to reasonable rights of visitation by the Respondent. That the pennanent care, custody and control of the minor child, Christina R. Uldrich, shall be granted to the Respondent, subj ect to reasonable rights ofvisitatiotf-oy the Petitioner. 8. That commencing November 1, 2005, Respondent shall pay child support for the benefit ofthe minor child, Jennifer M. Uldrich, in the amount of$184.00 per month pursuant to the Child Support Calculator, attached hereto and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein. That said child support shall continue in a like amount each month thereafter until the minor child marries, is emancipated, dies, reaches her majority (19 years of age) or until further order of the Court. All sums are to be paid to the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P.O. Box 83307, Lincoln, NE 68501-3307 for disbursement to Petitioner: Each payment shall indicate case name (Uldrich v. Uldrich), case number (CI03-289), and county of venue (Hall County). 9. That Respondent shall execute appropriate income withholding documents pursuant to Section 43-1718 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, and file with the Clerk ofthe District Court within thirty (30) days prior to November 1,2005, notification that he has filed the appropriate withholding document with his employer. The Respondent shall be subject to contempt proceedings being initiated for failure to file either the appropriate income withholding documents with the employer or the notification of filing with the Clerk. ~If.cl.
