Livingston, District Judge. Petitioner was personally present and represented by Dorothy <br />D. Benton, Attorney at Law. Respondent was not personally present. Petitioner's testimony was <br />duly taken and entered, whereupon Petitioner rested. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the file and the premises, does hereby FIND AND ORDER <br />as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties, the minor children of the parties and the <br />subject matter ofthis action. <br />2. That Petitioner filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage on March 24,2003. That <br />Respondent signed a Voluntary Appearance on March 17, 2003, which was filed on <br />March 24,2003. <br />3. The parties were married on July 25, 1986 in Chapman, Nebraska and two children <br />were born as the issue of said marriage, namely: Christina R. Uldrich, born October <br />27, 1986 and Jennifer M. Uldrich, born April 15, 1989. <br />4. That neither the Petitioner nor the Respondent is a party to any other action pending <br />in this or any other Court for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage. <br />5.
