If defendant fails to object, the plaintiffs affidavit <br /> <br />will stand and no abatement or credit will be given for summer visitation. If an objection <br /> <br />is filed, a hearing will be necessary to determine the merits of the abatement. <br /> <br />Defendant shall be given credit on his child support obligation of$309 for January, <br /> <br />2005, for child support paid directly to the plaintiff. <br /> <br />4. Neither parent has reasonably priced medical insurance available to the children <br /> <br />through their employers. The plaintiff shall pay the first $480 of health care expenses per <br /> <br />child per year that are not reimbursed or paid for from any other source. Thereafter the <br /> <br />expenses shalt be paid 57% by plaintiff and 43% by defendant. <br /> <br />5. The defendant's obligation to pay child support shall be subject to income <br /> <br />withholding. The defendant shall immediately prepare a Notice to Withhold Income and <br /> <br />deliver said Notice to the defendant's employer and provide a copy to the Clerk of the <br /> <br />District Court and to the plaintiff. <br /> <br />6. Each party shall continue to have full and equal access to the education and <br /> <br />medical records of the minor child. <br /> <br />7. Either party may make emergency decisions affecting the health or safety of <br /> <br />the minor child while the child is in the physical custody of such parent. <br /> <br />8. Plaintiff shall receive as her sole and separate property the following items of <br /> <br />property: <br /> <br />a. All of her own personal effects and clothing and the personal effects <br />and clothing of the minor children. <br /> <br />6 <br />
