Except for the Christmas holiday, in <br />even-numbered years, the mother shall have the children for the <br />even-numbered holidays, and the father shall have the children on <br />the odd-numbered holidays. In odd-numbered years, the children <br />shall remain with their mother for odd-numbered holidays and spend <br />the even-numbered holidays with the father. The children will spend <br />Mother's Day with their mother and Father's Day with their father. <br />For Mother's Day and Father's Day only, the holiday will commence <br />at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 7 p.m. on the Sunday on which these <br />holidays are nationally observed. <br /> <br />e. This holiday visitation schedule shall supersede the regular weekend <br />visitation schedule. The regular weekend visitation schedule will <br />continue with the parent who did not have the children on the <br />previous holiday and continue on from that point, alternating <br />between the parents every other weekend. <br /> <br />3. The defendant shall pay his child support obligation to the Nebraska Child <br /> <br />Support Payment Center, P. O. Box 83307, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68501, for the support of <br /> <br />the minor children the sum of $383 per month when there are two children and $286 per <br /> <br />month when there is one child (see attached Worksheet 1). All payments must include the <br /> <br />name of payor, payor's social security number, county of the decree and case number. <br /> <br />Said child support shall commence on the 1st day of November, 2005, and shall continue <br /> <br />thereafter on the first day of each and every month until the respective child reaches the <br /> <br />age of 19 years, becomes emancipated, becomes self-supporting, marries, or dies, or until <br /> <br />further order of this Court. Plaintiff shall claim the minor children as exemptions for <br /> <br />tax purposes. <br /> <br />Child support shall abate by 50% during the month of August each year provided <br /> <br />the defendant exercises his summer visitation. Such abatement shall occur automatically <br /> <br />unless the plaintiff files an objection in the form of an affidavit or verified motion stating <br /> <br />5 <br />
