<br />.,~ <br /> <br />200806349 <br /> <br />For purposes of remarriage, the decree becomes final and operative six months <br /> <br />after the decree is entered or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs <br /> <br />first. If the decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the <br /> <br />parties, the decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was <br /> <br />entered. For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, the decree becomes <br /> <br />final and operative six months after the decree is entered. <br /> <br />For all other purposes, the decree becomes final and operative 30 days after the <br /> <br />decree is entered or upon the death of the parties, whichever first occurs. If the decree <br /> <br />becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the parties, the decree shall be <br /> <br />treated as Ifit became final and operative on the date it was entered. <br /> <br />2. The plaintiff is awarded custody of the minor children of the parties subject to <br /> <br />reasonable rights of visitation vested in the defendant, which visitation shall include the <br /> <br />following: <br /> <br />a. Every other weekend from Friday at 6 o'clock p.m. to Sunday at 6 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />b. Six weeks during the summer vacation with the non-custodial parent <br />exercising the same every other weekend visitation enjoyed by <br />custodial parent throughout the year. <br /> <br />c. Holiday visitation will include only the following holidays: <br /> <br />(1) Easter. The Easter holiday will include that period of <br />time during which the children are excused from <br />school for the Easter holiday, including Easter Sunday, <br />and shall commence at 8:30 a.m. on the day after the <br />children are released from school and end at 7 p.m. on <br />the day before the children return to school. <br /> <br />3 <br />
