The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and of the subject matter of this <br /> <br />action and to make the child custody detennination. <br /> <br />4. The plaintiff is not a party to any other pending actions for divorce, separation, <br /> <br />or dissolution of marriage. <br /> <br />5. The marriage of the plaintiff and defendant is irretrievably broken and every <br /> <br />reasonable effort to effect a reconciliation has been made. <br /> <br />6. The parties were married on March 20, 1999, in Grand Island, Hall County, <br /> <br />Nebraska, and there were two children born of this marriage, to-wit: Maggie Marie <br /> <br />Roudebush, born January 24,2000, and Blake Michael Roudebush, born June 15,2001. <br /> <br />7. Plaintiff is a fit and proper person to have custody of the minor children of the <br /> <br />parties, and should be granted custody of the minor children subject to reasonable rights <br /> <br />of visitation by defendant. Defendant should contribute to support of said children. <br /> <br />8. The parties have acquired certain property and have incurred debts during the <br /> <br />marriage, and said property and debts should be allocated between the parties. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: <br /> <br />1. That the marriage of Shanon Marie Roudebush and Gary Michael Roudebush is <br /> <br />dissolved. For purposes of appeal, the decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it <br /> <br />is entered. If an appeal is instituted within 30 days after the decree is entered, such decree <br /> <br />does not become final until such proceedings are finally determined or on the date of <br /> <br />death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. <br /> <br />2 <br />
