LEAMAN and RALlSA E. LEAMAN, husband and wife (hereinafter <br />collectively referred to as "Leamans"). <br /> <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, Leamans are the record owners of the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />(a) Government Lot 7 in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of <br />the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands adjacent to and deriving from Government <br />Lot 7 in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />(all of such real estate being hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Leaman Land"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSW is the owner of record of the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) on Island and the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter ( NE Xi SE Xi ), all in Section <br />Twenty-Four ~24), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), <br />West of the 6 h P,M., in Hall County, Nebraska, together with any <br />accretion ground thereto; <br /> <br />Lot One (1) on Island, in Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Nine <br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, together with any accretion ground thereto; EXCEPTING <br />a certain one-half acre tract conveyed to School District No. 20 of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter (NE Y2SE Y2), Section Twenty-Four (24) in <br />Township Nine (9), Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., <br />running due North then Ten (10) rods; thence Ease Eight (8) rods; <br />thence South Ten (10) rods; thence West to the point of beginning; <br /> <br />Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) on Island and the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE %NW Xi), all in <br />
