<br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and

<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written
<br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such
<br />notice, commencing on June 4, 2008 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, the
<br />last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such
<br />sale, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and

<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on June 6, 2008, the
<br />Trustee mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of the notice of the time and place of sale,
<br />addressed to the following interested parties, to-wit:

<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 15th day of July,
<br />2008 at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to CitiMortgage, Inc., being the highest
<br />bidder, for the sum of $40, 1 00.00 which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee,
<br />and in consideration of the sum of $40,100.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CitiMortgage, Inc.,
<br />the following describecl real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
