Baack, <br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to CitiMortgage, Inc., being the highest <br />bidder, for the sum of $40, 1 00.00 which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $40,100.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F.
