(hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"the Crane Trust"), and MICHAEL T. LEAMAN and RALISA E. LEAMAN, <br /> <br />husband and wife (hereinafter collectively referred to as <br /> <br />"Leamans") . <br /> <br />Recital.s <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Leamans are the record owners of the following- <br /> <br />described real estate: <br /> <br />(a) Government Lot 7 in Section 18, Township 9 North, <br />Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands adjacent to and deriving <br />from Government Lot 7 in Section 18, Township 9 North, <br />Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br /> <br />(all of such real estate being hereinafter collectively referred to <br /> <br />as "the Leaman Land"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Crane Trust is the owner of record of the <br /> <br />fOllowing-described real estate: <br />
