GRANTOR accepted the bid of Tower Financial, Inc., now <br />known as CFS Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, in the sum of <br />Forty -seven Thousand and No /100 ($47,000.00) Dollars, as the <br />highest bid upon said real property.
