TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a
<br />corporation, Trustee, upon a Deed of Trust made and entered into
<br />on or about February 24, 1984, by and between Sharon'K. Bishop, a
<br />single person, Trustor, and Commercial Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association, Trustee and Tower Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, as
<br />Document No. 84- 000980, in the Records of the Register of Deeds
<br />Off -ice of Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of Forty -seven Thousand and No /100 ($47,000.00)
<br />Dollars, and other valuable consideration, received from GRANTEE,
<br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Tower
<br />Financial, Inc,, now known as CFS Mortgage Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary, herein called the GRANTEE, the following described.
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Six (6), Country Club ST
<br />Subdivision, being part of East Half of the ATFMENT,�AGhI�
<br />Northwest Quarter (E1 /2 NW1 /4) of Section
<br />Twenty -eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, NEBRASKA DOCUMENTARY.
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M., Hall STAMP TAX
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together
<br />with all tenements, herediments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to GRANTEE'S successors and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the
<br />GRANTEE'S successors and assigns:
<br />(1) That Sharon K. Bishop, Trustor, failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the
<br />GRANTOR, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare
<br />the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest
<br />thereon, at once immediately due and payable.
<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on
<br />June 20, 1985, as Document No. 85- 002937, and re- recorded on July
<br />19, 1985, as Document No. 85- 003431, in the Records of the
<br />Register of Deeds, hall County, Nebraska. A copy of the Notice
<br />of Default was served upon:

<br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, on
<br />July 22, 1985.
<br />(3) That Trustor, Sharon K. Bishop, failed to cure the
<br />default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days after
<br />the recording of the Notice of Default.
<br />(4) That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was recorded by GRANTOR
<br />on September 10, 1985, as Document No. 85- 004370, in the Records
<br />L of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. A copy of the
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale was served upon:
