<br />68801, being the address of the Trustor as set forth in the Trust
<br />Deed, which mailing of notice fully complied with the
<br />requirements of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, the Trustee gave written notice of the time and place
<br />of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by
<br />publication of such notice, commencing on September 10, 1985, and
<br />continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, the
<br />last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than
<br />thirty (30) days prior to the date of such sale, in The Grand
<br />Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having general circulation
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, which notice fully complied with the
<br />requirements of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 21st day of October, 1985, at 9:30 o'clock A.M.,
<br />being the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale, the
<br />Trustee sold said property at public auction to Norwest Bank
<br />Nebraska, N.A., being the highest bidder, for the sum of One
<br />Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty -four and 19/100 Dollars
<br />($109,554.19), which sale fully complied with the requirements of
<br />said statute.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of
<br />sale granted to said Trustee, and in consideration of the sum of
<br />One Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty -four and 19 /100
<br />Dollars ($109,554.19) to him paid, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, John A. Wolf, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to -wit:

<br />North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N 1/2 SW
<br />1/4) of Section Thirty -two (32), Township
<br />Twelve (12) 'North, Range Nine (9) West of the
