<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />MW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That John A. Wolf, Trustee, in the exercise of the power of
<br />sale conferred upon him, does hereby execute and deliver this in-
<br />denture,
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, for valuable consideration, on the 25th day of
<br />April, 1983, Dwayne E. Pipal, Marcine M. Pipal, Mary M. Eckert,
<br />Marcia M. Eckert and Melvin Max Eckert, as Trustor, executed and
<br />delivered their Trust Deed to John A. Wolf, Attorney at Law, as
<br />Trustee, and The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, conveying the real estate
<br />i
<br />hereinafter described in trust, with power of sale, in accordance
<br />with the terms and provisions set forth therein; that said Trust
<br />Deed was thereafter recorded on the 26th day of May, 1983, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />noted as Document No. 83- 002631, et seq., and;
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustor having defaulted in the payment of the
<br />indebtedness secured thereby and the Beneficiary having delivered
<br />ti
<br />to the Trustee a written declaration of default and having de-
<br />posited with the Trustee all promissory notes, together with No-
<br />tice of Default, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1006, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 1st day of August, 1985, the Trustee filed a
<br />Notice of Default in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as noted as Document No. 85- 00365, which Notice
<br />fully complied with the requirements of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 9th day of August, 1985, the Trustee mailed, by
<br />Certified Mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of such Notice of
<br />Default with the recording date shown thereon, addressed to
<br />Dwayne E. Pipal, Marcine M. Pipal, Mary M. Eckert, Marcia M.
<br />Eckert, Melvin Max Eckert, Route 5, Box 9, Grand Island, NE
