Wenzl, does hereby irrevocably <br />and without qualification renounce and disclaim, pursuant to and <br />under the provisions of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section <br />30 -2352, and of the Internal Revenue Code, Sections 2518 and <br />2046, any interest in the following property comprising a portion <br />of the probate estate of the decedent, LeBna A. Wenzl: <br />Lot Seven (7) in "Sunset Third Subdivision" <br />located in the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter (N�NE4) of Section Eleven (11) , <br />Township Eleven :(11) North, Range Ten (10) <br />West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />3. As a result of this renunciation and disclaimer, the <br />decedent's interest in the aforedescribed property being <br />renounced and disclaimed herein will pass pursuant to the laws of <br />the State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />(a) an undivided one - fourth interest therein <br />to decedent's son, Robert G. Wenzl; <br />(b) an undivided one - fourth interest therein <br />to decedent's son, Gale R. Wenzl; <br />(c) an undivided one - fourth interest therein <br />to decedent's daughter, Wanda Smoldt; <br />and <br />(d) an undivided one - fourth interest therein <br />to decedent's daughter, Bonnie Bernard. <br />4. Mr. Bruce I. Smith of the law firm of Luebs, Dowding, <br />Seltzer, Leininger, Smith & Busick, attorneys for the under- <br />signed, Glen L. Wenzl, is instructed to file, mail, or otherwise <br />cause to be delivered the original, duplicate original or copy of <br />this document within the tine and manner prescribed by Nebraska <br />-3- <br />A <br />
