The foregoing Introduction and Recitals are incorporated <br />herein and made a material part hereof. <br />-2- <br />L L J <br />� J <br />receive, in addition to the homestead allowance, exempt property <br />allowance, and family allowance, the first Fifty Thousand and <br />No /100 Dollars ($50,000.00) plus one -half of the balance of the <br />intestate estate of said Leona A. Wenzl; <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the laws of the State of Nebraska, and <br />due to the size of the probate estate of Leona A. Wenzl as <br />disclosed on the Inventory on file with the Hall County Court, <br />the undersigned Glen L. Wenzl, as surviving spouse, is entitled <br />to receive all assets comprising the probate estate of said <br />decedent, Leona A. Wenzl; <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Glen L. Wenzl, acknowledges that <br />he is releasing something which might be of substantial value to <br />him but does not expect to nor has received any consideration in <br />money or otherwise for the execution of this document; <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Glen L. Wenzl, does not expect to <br />nor has controlled or directed or selected the person or entity <br />who shall receive, possess and enjoy the interest hereby renounced <br />or disclaimed; <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Glen *. Wenzi, has not accepted <br />any interest in the property which is subject to this renuncia- <br />tion or disclaimer or any benefits therefrom, has mane no transfer <br />thereof, has accepted no delivery of such interest in such <br />property, has exerted no dominion of any kind over such property, <br />and that such property has been neither sold nor disposed of <br />otherwise pursuant, to judicial process heretofore. <br />RENUNCIATION AND DISCLAIMER <br />1.
