85-= 004147 <br />The Grantee shall cap the dewatering well within thirty days <br />1 after each use: The use may entail either dewatering for <br />construction purposes or area wide dewatering for lowering of the <br />water table. Capping of the well shall be accomplished by <br />attaching either a steel or concrete cap to the casing at ground <br />level. <br />The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, <br />administrators, successors and assigns, hereby covenant that no <br />buildings, fences, or structures shall be erected or permitted on <br />said tract, and that the easement herein granted shall run with <br />the title to such tract of land for a period of ten years from <br />the date of the signing and shall then expire, and during that <br />ten years shall be binding upon the Grantors, their heirs, <br />executors, administrators, successors and assigns. <br />Dated <br />ORVILLE W.
