F <br />ADDITIONAL TERMS 85-008154 <br />PREPAYMENT AND ACCRUAL OF THE FINANCE CHARGE: Even thtwgh I do not have to pay, more than the regular scheduled monthly payment, I have the <br />right to pal the whole amount owing to you in full at any time or in part from time to time, if the lending institution or bank that buys my contract computes the finatice <br />charge I know my finance charge will be less if 1 make an early payment, and it will be higher if I pay late; l also recognize that any necessary adjustment to my tWal <br />i finance charge will be reflected in my final bill; l also know that the amounts shown on the reverse side for the Finance Charge, Total of Payments, and the Total Sale Price <br />1 are estimates based on the assumption that you will receive each of the payments exactly on its due date; and 1 know that there will be no refund if 1 prepay because there <br />is nothing o refund if I am charged ore a daily basis. The insurance company must be approved <br />y y and the policy must have a beneficiary clause which says that you are to be paid if there is a loss. The insurance company must agree that <br />it will not cancel my policy without first telling you. I authorize the insurance company to pay you directly for any loss. I understand that you will <br />no be lid foradidelays. <br />ARBITRATION. If I bsve a dispute or claim with you concerning the quantity, quality or performance of the products, I understand that my dispute may be submitted to <br />and settled accotdnng to the mediation- arbitration program that may have developed in my community. I also know that any decision male by an arbitrator(-) would be en- <br />axed in die court having jurisdiction over me and you. <br />SALVAGE VALUE: I know that the windows, woodwork, and other materials that have to be removed by you for this installation have NO salvage value.
