Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to <br />any paving or repaving districts of Stolley Park Road where it <br />abuts the subdivision. <br />2. Water. Public water service is not available to the <br />subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private <br />wells <br />in accordance with existing reguations of the Department of <br />Public Health for each structure located within said subdivision. <br />The Subdividers agree not to protest the creation of any water <br />districts within said subdivision, and further agree to connect <br />any and all structures to any water main abutting the lot upon <br />which said structure is located within three construction seasons <br />after completion of said water main. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer service is <br />not available to the subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may <br />provide individual septic tanks in accordance with existing <br />g r <br />lations of the Department of Public Health.
