SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />(" <br />85-00227 <br />e The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, <br />( <br />herein called the "Grantor ", in consideration of Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) received from Grantees, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and conf.i.rm unto <br />TIMOTHY O'NEILL, THOMAS O'NEILL, and JOSEPH O'NEILL, <br />as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following <br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising part of Lots One (1), Two <br />(2), Eight.
