<br />e The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation,

<br />herein called the "Grantor ", in consideration of Five
<br />Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) received from Grantees, does hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and conf.i.rm unto
<br />TIMOTHY O'NEILL, THOMAS O'NEILL, and JOSEPH O'NEILL,
<br />as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising part of Lots One (1), Two
<br />(2), Eight. (8), all of Lot Seven (7), and the vacated
<br />alley lying between such lots, all in Block Fifty -one,
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as foi_?ows:
<br />Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot Sever
<br />(7); thence easterly along the southerly line of said
<br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) a distance of one hundred
<br />thirty -two (13 2.0) feet_ to the Southeast corner of said
<br />Lot Eight (8); thence northerly along the easterly line
<br />of said Lot Fight (8) a distance of nineteen and

<br />(262.47) feet to a point on the westerly line of said
