4 <br />85-001247 <br />surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use <br />p <br />+( and benefit of public utilities. In consideration of the <br />acceptance of the plat of said NATTRASS SUBDIVISION, the <br />Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska,that they will install or provide at their <br />expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to <br />any paving or repaving districts of Wheeler Street where it abuts <br />the subdivision. <br />2. Water. Public water service is available to the <br />subdivision, and the Subdividers agree to connect all new <br />structures in the subdivision t,, water service before applying <br />for occupancy permits. <br />s. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer service is <br />available to the subdivision, and the Subdividers agree to <br />connect all new structures in the subdivision to the sanitary <br />sewer system before applying for occupancy permits. <br />4. Storm Sewer. -f- Subdividers agree to provide an on- <br />site detention system to contain storm water of a sufficient <br />capacity as required by the City's Director of Public Works prior <br />to the issuance of an occupancy permit for any new structure <br />within the subdivision; or, in the alternative, to construct or <br />connect to a drainage system approved by the Director of Public <br />Works for the City prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit <br />for any structure. <br />5. Sidewalks.
