SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT 85-001347 NATTRASS SUBDIVISION In The City of Grand island Nebraska The undersigned, Lawrence Nattrass and Ella Nattrass, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising the southerly 2.05 acres of Home Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8; thence running westerly on the South line of said Lot 8 on an assumed bearing of S 89 Degrees 57 Minutes 42 Seconds W, for a distance of 758.12 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence N 0 Degrees 18 Minutes 22 Seconds W, on the West line of said Lot 8 a distance of 123.53 feet; thence N 90 Degrees 00 Minutes 00 Seconds E a distance of 690.50 feet to a point on the EASt line of said Lot 8; thence southeasterly on the East line of said Lot 8, bearing S 29 Degrees 01 Minutes 52 Seconds E for a distance of 140.70 feet to the point of begin- ning, said tract containing 2.05 acres, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebrask., and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as NATTRASS SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with .lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat ()f Such subdivision wht�n finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the' City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, cent if it:d 33 to accuracy of survey by a registered wand a U i s J
