<br />MILLARD WAREHOUSE, GRAND ISLAND, a Partnership, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of One Dollar ^($1.00) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain,
<br />repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, cables, poles, anchors, surface markers, and all other appurtenances
<br />connected therewith, in, upon, over, above, along, across, underneath, and through
<br />a tract of land located in part of the West Half of the East Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (W0,EQ,SWQ of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement
<br />tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The Westerly sixteen (16.0) feet of the Southerly seven hundred
<br />twenty four and eighteen - hundredths (724.18) feet of the Northerly
<br />two thousand fifty two (2,052.0) feet of said West Half of the
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (W0,114,SWQ), and;
<br />The Easterly sixteen (16.0) feet of the Southerly six hundred
<br />eight and two- tenths (608.2) feet of the Northerly one thousand
<br />nine hundred twenty eight and seventy -nine hundredths (1,928.79)
<br />feet of said West ]calf of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(WQ,EQ,SW &), and;
<br />The Easterly eighty (80.0) feet of the Southerly sixteen (16.0)
<br />feet of the Northerly one thousand seven hundred fifty four
<br />(1,754.0) feet of said West Half of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (Wj,E ",SWQ), and;
<br />A sixteen (16.0) foot wide tract of land, the centerline being
<br />more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the
<br />West line of the said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (Eq,SWV),
<br />said point being two thousand six and five- tenths (2,006.5) feet
<br />South of the Northwest corner of said mast Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter. (E4,SWQ ; thence S79 "37'40 "E, a distance of one hundred
<br />forty seven and ninety -nine hundredths (147.99) feet; thence.
