No remedy herein con- <br />ferred upon Mortgagee is intended to a exclusive of any other <br />remedy, but every such remedy shall be cumulative and shall be <br />In addition to every other remedy herein conferred or now or <br />hereafter existing at law or in equity, whether by statute or <br />otherwise. <br />Section 10. Other Security. Mortgagee may resort to any <br />security given by this I strument, or to any other security now <br />existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of any of the <br />indebtedness secured hereby, in whole or in part, and in such <br />portions and in such order as may seem best to Mortgagee in its <br />sole discretion, and any such action shall not in anywise be <br />considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, or liens <br />created by this instrument. <br />Section 11. Waiver of Redemption and Other Rights. To the <br />full extent that it may awfullyso agree, the Mortgagor, for <br />itself and for all who may claim under it, agrees that it will <br />not at any time insist upon, plead, claim, or take the benefit <br />or advantage of, any homestead, exemption, stay, extension, <br />appraisement, or redemption law, now or hereafter in force, in <br />order to prevent or hinder the enforcement of this instrument <br />or the absolute sale of the Mortgaged Property, or any part <br />thereof, or the possession thereof by any purchaser at any such <br />sale, but the Mortgagor, for itself and all who may claim under <br />it, insofar as it now or hereafter lawfully may, hereby waives <br />the benefit of all such laws. Mortgagor waives, to the maximum <br />extent that it lawfully may, all right to have the Mortgaged <br />Property marshaled. <br />Section 12. Termination and Release. If all indebtedness <br />secured hereby be paid, the en, security interest, and <br />assignment of rentals and 'income hereby created and granted by <br />the Mortgagor shall cease, terminate, and become null and void, <br />and the Mortgaged Property shall become wholly free and clear <br />thereof, and Mortgagee, upon the request and at the expense of <br />the Mortgagor, shall in due course execute and deliver to the <br />Mortgagor a release of this instrument and such other instru- <br />ments of satisfaction as may be appropriate. <br />Section 13.
