[a <br />85-000290 <br />the value thereof, as stated by the Respondent, <br />$7,600.00, whichever is more. <br />f. All bank balances at the date of trial, except <br />for corporate accounts. <br />g. Time Certificate No. 222485, held jointly by <br />the parties in the sum of $10,000.00. <br />h. Time Certificate No. 219674, jointly held by <br />the parties in the amount of $10,000.00. <br />4. Respondent will pay to Petitioner alimony in the sum of <br />One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00), payable over <br />six (6) years, or seventy -two (72) months, at the rate of One <br />Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Aix Dollars Sixty -six Cents ($1,666.66) <br />per month, commencing November 1, 1982, and continuing on the first <br />day of each and every month thereafter during the entire term, such <br />alimony payment to terminate upon the death of the Petitioner. <br />5. For income tax purposes, Petitioner will claim the <br />minor children, Stacy Quandt, born February 16, 1970, and <br />Jeffrey Quandt, born February 5, 1976, as exemptions. So <br />long as the Respondent's child support and alimony payments <br />are current for each and every year that this Decree remains <br />in effect, he may claim the minor children Jennifer Quandt, <br />born October 31, 1980, and Timothy Quandt, born July 20, 1974, <br />as exemptions for income tax purposes. <br />6. Respondent will pay the sum of One Thousand Dollars <br />($1,000.00) toward Petitioner's attorney fees. <br />The parties also stipulate and agree, and hereby jointly <br />Petition the Supreme Court of Nebraska, to modify the Decree of <br />Dissolution to reflect the agreements entered into herein." <br />IT IS THEREFORE THE ORDER OF THE COURT that the provisions <br />of the decree of the District Court of Hall County entered on the <br />28th day of July, 1982 as corrected by the Order Nunc Pro Tunc <br />entered on the 7th day of September 1982 be modified in accordance <br />with the stipulation set out above. <br />IT IS THE FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT that the decree of July <br />28, 1982 as corrected by the nunc pro tunc order entered September <br />7, 1982 be modified as set out above, and as so modified said decree <br />should be and hereby is affirmed. <br />AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED. <br />Im <br />
