That the case, custody and control of the minor children <br />of the parties, Stacy Quandt- born February 16, 1970, Timothy <br />Quandt, born July 20, 1974, Jeffrey Quandt, born February 5, 1976, <br />and Jennifer Quandt, born October 31, 1980, shall be in the Peti- <br />tioner. Respondent shall pay child support in the sum of One <br />Hundred Ten Dollars ($110.00) per month per child, commencing <br />forthwith and continuing until each child reaches the age of nine- <br />teen (19) years or further Order of the Court. Respondent will <br />provide major medical insurance for the minor children until they <br />individually reach the age of majority. Respondent will have the <br />right of reasonable visitation, as determined between the parties, <br />or by Order of the District Court. <br />2. The 14.' X 70" Geer Mobile Home <br />d. All personal items now in his possession. <br />e. All of the common stock of Liberty American <br />Corporation and Professional Services, Inc. <br />f. All of the common stock in Allen Quandt, Inc. <br />g. The following assets of the Corporation: tools, <br />two (2) chainsaws, floorjack, mower, three - <br />wheeler, and transit, and John Deere Mower. <br />h. All of the insurance policies of which the <br />Respondent is the insured and owner, together <br />with all cash value therein. <br />i. All farm equipment and machinery. <br />3. Petitioner will receive the following: <br />a. 1980 Chevrolet Caprice. <br />b. All household goods and furnishings in her <br />possession. <br />c. All personal items in her possession, including <br />all ewers not mentioned herein. <br />d. The sum of Forty -five Thousand Dollars 1545,000.00) <br />in cash. <br />e.
