IT IS, THEREFO E, ORDERED: �""' 000290
<br />1. That the marriage between Petitioner and Respondent is
<br />dissolved.
<br />r2. That the care, custody and control of the minor children
<br />of the parties, Stacy Quandt, born February 16, 1970, Timothy
<br />Quandt, born July 20, 1974, Jeffrey Quandt, born February 5, 1976,
<br />and Jennifer Quandt, born October 31, 1980, shall be in the Peti-
<br />tioner. Respondent shall have the right to reasonable visitation.
<br />Respondent shall pay child support in the sum of One Hundred Ten
<br />Dollars ($110.00) per month per child, commencing July 28, 1982,
<br />and continuing until each child reaches the age of nineteen (19)
<br />years or further Order of the Court.
<br />3. Petitioner is awarded the following:
<br />a. Personal effects in her possession.
<br />b. The 14' X 70' Geer Mobile Home.
<br />C. The household goods and furnishings contained
<br />in the Mobile Home.
<br />d. 1.48 acres of ground located on the South Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (S1 /2SW1 /4) Section Twenty -
<br />five (25), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />e. Time Certificate No. 222485, held jointly by
<br />the parties in the sum of $10,000.00 and Time
<br />Certificate No. 219674, jointly held by the parties
<br />in the amount of $10,000.00.
<br />f. The stored corn of the parties at the time
<br />of the trial of this matter, March 11, 1982, or
<br />the value thereof, as stated by the Respondent,
<br />$7,600.00, whichever is more.
<br />4. Respondent is awarded the following property:
<br />a. The South Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(Sl /2SW1 /4) of Section Twenty -five (25), Town-
<br />ship Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, ex-
<br />clusive of 1.48 acres awarded here in to the
<br />Petitioner.
<br />b. All of the common stock in Allen Quandt, Inc.
<br />C. All of the common stock of Liberty American
<br />Corporation and Professional Services, Inc.
<br />S. Respondent shall pay.to Petitioner the sum of One Hundred
<br />Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) at the rate of One Thousand
<br />Dollars ($1,000.00 per month, to commence August 1, 1982, and
<br />continue until the entire sum is paid off. This payment shall not
