0 0 <br />IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />LINDA LOU QUANDT, 000290 <br />Appellant, <br />No. 82-630 7 / 7- <br />1932 on the report of the Prehearing Conference officer and the <br />Property Settlement Stipulation of the parties and the Court being <br />fully advised in the premises finds and 5etermines that the Settle- <br />ment Agreement be approved. <br />The Decree of the trial court entered by '_he !,;trice Court <br />of Hall County on the 28th of July, 1982 and the decree nunc pro <br />tun entered an the 7th day of September. 1982 clarifying and cor- <br />recting the decree of July 28, 1982 provide as follows: <br />"On March 11, 1982, this matter came on tc he heart before <br />the Court upon the Petition for Dissolution of marriace file(- <br />herein by the Petitioner, and the Responsive ?leading filed herein <br />by the Respondent. <br />The Petitioner was present in Court, representan by her <br />counsel of record, james D. Livingston; Respondent was present in <br />Court, rapresented by his counsel of recorl, T. L. Alderson one <br />Fred Vipperman. <br />Testimony was . aken, Exhibits offered and received into <br />evidence, and the Court, being Eully advised, takes the matter <br />under advisement. <br />NOW an july 20. 1982, the Court hereby finds as follows: <br />1. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken <br />and it should be dissolved. <br />2. That custody, support and property division are as orderem. <br />
