F, <br />s <br />r <br />t <br />A <br />Rrlpnn! 1' 1 <br />Court costs and other expenses incurred by the Sellers, either <br />with reference to the enforcement of the terms of this agreement <br />or in obtaining possession, of the premises. <br />12. On closing date, the Sellers shall deliver a warranty deed convey- <br />ing such premises to Michael Palu and Victoria u. Palu, husband <br />and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with a <br />copy of this contract to <br />as escrow agent for delivery to the Buyers <br />when all payments herein provided for have been made or as other- <br />wise directed. At the time of delivery of such warranty deed by <br />the escrow agent, revenue stamps will be affixed to the deed at <br />the expense of the Sellers. In the event of a default of the <br />provisions of this agreement, the warranty deed shall be redelivered <br />to the Sellers herein. <br />13. It is further agreed that no waiver or breach of any of the covenants <br />of this agreement shall be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding <br />breach of the same covenant. <br />14. The Buyers are executing this agreement as single persons; however, <br />they are intending to be married on April 30, 1983. Accordingly, <br />this agreement is being entered into by the parties hereto as <br />single persons; however, the deed that is contemplated to be <br />placed in escrow is to be prepared in the parties, "Michael Palu <br />and Victoria J. Palu, husband and wife" and it is the intention <br />of the Buyers to enter into this agreement jointly and severally and <br />as husband and wife. <br />15. The covenants and conditions of this agreement heretofore set <br />forth shall be binding upon the heirs, administrators, nersonal <br />representatives, legal representatives, successors and assigns <br />of the parties hereto. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of these presents have hereunto set their <br />hands the day and year first above written. <br />Merle L.
