An Order be entered directing the Sheriff to summon the appraisers so selected to convene <br />at the office of the County Judge at a time therein specified for the purpose of qualifying as <br />appraisers, and, thereafter, to proceed to appraise the property sought to be condemned and to <br />ascertain and determine the damages sustained by Condemnees. <br />3. Notice of intention to acquire the property and of the time and place of the meeting ofthe <br />appraisers to have the damages assessed be served upon the Condemnees at least ten (10) days prior <br />to the meeting ofthe Board of Appraisers or as may otherwise be required by law. <br />4. Upon the filing ofthe report of said appraisers in writing with the County Judge assessing <br />the damages that the Condemnees have, and each of them has, sustained or will sustain by the <br />appropriation of said property to the use ofthe Condemner, upon deposit of the condemnation award <br />with the County Judge, and upon evidence by the Condemner that it is ready to devote the property <br />to a public use, a writ of assistance be issued to place the Condemner in position of said property <br />condemned. <br /> <br />5. The County Judge prepare and certifY, under seal of his office, a true copy of said <br />condemnation award, and transmit the same to the Register of Deeds in accordance with law. <br />6.
