The Grantee shall have and hold the described easements <br />in, over and upon the real property described in the above <br />referred to Construction Easements, with all rights, privileges <br />and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee, its suc- <br />cessors and assigns, so long as the Amick Acres Project Improve- <br />ment Area is in existence, and to automatically terminate upon <br />the cessation or termination of said improvement project. <br />7.
