A parcel of land 490 feet by 12 feet located in the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEhNEh) <br />of Section Three (3), Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />recorded as Document #86- 103797 of the records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />B. A parcel of land containing 2.133 acres more or less <br />located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW;4NWh) of Section Two (2), Township Nine <br />(9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #86- 103799 of <br />the records of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />C. A parcel of land containing 1.139 acres more or less <br />located in Lots Four (4) and Five (5) of the South- <br />west Quarter (SW;) of Section Thirty -Five (35), Town- <br />ship Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document <br />$86- 103798, and <br />WHEREAS, the PLATTE RIVER WHOOPING CRANE MAINTENANCE TRUST, <br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, Grantor, has previously obtained a <br />perpetual easement over and across all of the above described <br />tracts, which easement is recorded as Document #85- 004707 in the <br />records of Hall County, Nebraska, and the Grantee has requested <br />Grantor to consent to, approve, and confirm said easements on <br />the above properties, and <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is willing to approve, confirm and ratify <br />the above described construction easements upon terms and con- <br />ditions for Grantee's construction, maintenance, operation and <br />inspection in, on and over said properties; agreeable to both <br />parties; <br />ME, <br />
