<br />and to growing crops by reason of the survey, construction,..reconxtruction,
<br />relocation, inspection, repair, replacement, extension, addition to,
<br />maintenance, operation, and removal of said water transmission pipe line. The
<br />Grantee or its contractor shall restore the surface of the easement aL nearly
<br />as possible to the grade and condition as it existed immediately prior to
<br />construction, reconstruction, relocation, inspecting, repairing, replacing,
<br />extending, adding to, maintaining, operating, and removing of said water
<br />transmission pipe line. All such work will be exercised in a reasonable
<br />manner, and so as not to interfere. with Grantor's access to any part. of its
<br />property.
<br />S. Grantor or lessee, as their interest may appear, may cultivate, use,
<br />and enjoy the land within the right- of-way; provided, that such use shall not,
<br />in the judgment of Grantee, endanger or be a hazard to or interfere with the
<br />survey, construction, reconstruction, relocation, inspection, repair,
<br />replacement, extension, .addition to, maintenance, operation, and removal of
<br />said water transmission pipe line; and provided further, that Grantor shall
<br />not allow any buildings, structures, or storage of combustible material or
<br />property to be placed upon the above described easement area.
<br />6. Grantee shah have the night_, at anv time, to relocate or add water
<br />transmission pipe line, equipment, or other appurtenances connected therewith,
<br />along, across, underneath, and through the above described real estate covered
<br />by this easement. All such additions or relocations shall.. be buried, to have
<br />a mipimum of thirty (10) inches of cover.
<br />it is further a-greed that Grantor has lawful possession of said real .
<br />estate, goad right, and Lawful. authority to make such conveyance; and hereby
<br />covenants that the rights and privileges herein granted shall run with the
<br />title to such tract of land, and shall be binding upon the (grantor, its heirs,
<br />successors. and assigns.
