HAKE, M.D. hereinafter referred to as Lessor; and UROLOGICAL ASSOCIATES OF GRAND ISLAND, P.C., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter referred to as Lessee: WITNiESSETH: That for and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained and the valuable consider- ation paid and to be paid, the Lessor does hereby lease and let unto the Lessee, Lot One, Medical Park, 4th Subdivision, Hali.Cou,nty, Nebraska. This Lease is made upon the terrR.s and conditions and for the rentals to be paid as hereinafter set forth_ 1. Term of Lease and Rental. The Lessor lair this Lease Agreement does lease and let the above described premises to the Lessee for the period of three ='ears, becinning on the lst day of June, 1980 and ending on the 31st day of %Say, 2000..
