i - <br />86- 104106 <br />with lots designated by nxmbers, easements by dimensions, and <br />streets by names, and proposes to cause the plat of such sub- <br />division when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br />Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such <br />owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered lard <br />surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use <br />and benefit of public utilities and of the streets to the use and <br />benefit of the public forever. In consideration of the accept- <br />ance of the plat of said M and M SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers <br />hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that they will install or provide at their expense the following <br />improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to <br />any paving or repaving districts of Old Potash Highway and <br />Engleman Road where they abut the subdivision. <br />2. Water and Sanitary Sewer. No City water service or <br />sanitary sewer service is available to the subdivision; there- <br />fore, the City authorizes the construction of septic tanks and <br />private wells in the subdivision, but the Subdividers agree to <br />connect any structures connected to septic tanks or private wells <br />to the City sanitary sewer service or water service within two <br />construction seasons after City services have been made available <br />to the respective lots of the subdivision. Further, the <br />Subdividers agree not to protest the creation of any sanitary <br />sewer or water main districts within said subdivision. <br />2 <br />
