MEYER, <br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land <br />located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW4NW;) of Section 23, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the <br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW4NW1,); thence East <br />along the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW`,NW4) 380.50 feet to a point on <br />the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW;NW,); thence S 00 degrees 29' 30" <br />E, 657.50 feet to a point; thence N 89 degrees 27' 30" <br />W, 386.52 feet to a point on the West line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW.NW` -a); <br />thence N 00 degrees 02' 00" E along the West line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW WW;), 653.84 feet to the point of beginning, said <br />parcel containing 5.772 acres, more or less, including <br />0.913 acres of 40 foot road right -of -way along the West <br />and North sides thereof; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located outside the corporate limits but <br />within two miles of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as <br />provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision, to be known as M and M SUBDIVISION, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots, easements, and streets belonging to such subdivision, <br />n <br />
