86- 103283 <br />onably- practicable, in the least disruptive manner with respect <br />to the then uses of Lots 1 and the Improvements thereon and such <br />Improvements shall promptly be restored to their original condi- <br />tion at no cost to the Owners or Tenants of Lots 1 and 2. <br />Section 12.8. A non- exclusive easement so long as needed <br />for the benefit of and appurtenant to Lots 1, 2 and 3 over and <br />under such portions of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and along the common <br />boundary lines thereof for the construction and maintenance of <br />the Parking Garage's and Parking Lot's caissons, columns, walls, <br />footings, roofs, floors, ceilings, other elements of foundations <br />and supports and common walls as may be reasonably required by <br />the Construction Documents for the Improvements to be constructed <br />on Lots 1, 2 and /or 3; provided that such construction and /or <br />maintenance shall be undertaken, to the extent reasonably prac- <br />ticable, in the least disruptive manner with respect to the then <br />uses of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the Improvements thereon and such <br />Improvements shall promptly be restored to their original condi- <br />tion at no cost to the Owners and Tenants of the Lots not bene- <br />fited thereby. <br />Section 12.9. For the benefit of and appurtenant to Lot 3 a <br />non - exclusive easement so long as needed: <br />M to construct, maintain and use columns, footings, <br />foundations, Third Level and other structural supports in, under <br />and through Lots 1 and 2 to support the Parking Garage and /or to <br />house Utility Conduits in such columns, footings, foundations and <br />supports, all in accordance with the Construction Documents; <br />-30- <br />I <br />
