Upon a certificate of occupancy being issued <br />for the Parking Garage, the Owners and Tenants of Lots 1, 2 and 3 <br />shall jointly keep the entire Parking Garage insured, under a <br />Comprehensive Automobile Liability, if applicable, (covering all <br />owed, non -owed and hired vehicles), Comprehensive General Liabil- <br />ity, and Garage Keeper Legal liability insurance (if applicable) <br />policies for personal injury, death, or property damage, an <br />additional one million dollar umbrella policy and statutory <br />Workmen's Compensation as follows: <br />(a) Comprehensive General Liability insurance against <br />claims for personal injury, death or property damage occur - <br />ring upon, in or about the Lots, the adjoining streets, <br />sidewalks and passageways, extended to protect the respec- <br />tive Owners and Tenants of the Lots; <br />(b) Statutory Workmen's Compensation and Employer's <br />Liability insurance; <br />(c) Comprehensive Automobile Liability affords protec- <br />tion to the limit of not less than One Million Dollars <br />($1,000,000). <br />(d) Such policies shall be in such amounts as from <br />time to time are carried or required to be carried by pru- <br />dent owners of comparable properties; provided, however, <br />-22- <br />J <br />
