3 <br />1032$3 <br />formally accepts the Tenant's bid as the highest responsible <br />bidder of the respective Lots. Within seven (7) days after the <br />City of Grand Island issues a certificate of occupancy for the <br />respective Parking Garage and Parking Lot, the respective Tenant <br />shall deliver in cash the remaining ninety percent (90%) of the <br />Tenant's bid price to the City of Grand Island. The payment of <br />Tenant of Lot l's bid price in case for Lot I shall be the "Rent" <br />for Lot 1 for the Term of this Lease for Lot 1. The payment of <br />Tenant of Lot 2's bid price in cas for Lot 21 shall be the "Rent" <br />for Lot 2 for the Term of this Lease for Lot 2. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />RESTRICTIONS UPON USE OF PROPERTY <br />Section 4.1. Restrictions on Use of Lots 1, 2 and 3. Land- <br />lord and Tenant agree and covenant for themselves and their suc- <br />cessors and assigns, that Lots 1, 2 and 3 shall be devoted to the <br />following permitted uses: <br />Section 4.1.1. Lit 1 shall be restricted to use for off - <br />street hard surf-ace parking of motor vehicles, and accessory and <br />incidental uses normally accompanying such surface parking until <br />the Termination Date of Lot 1. <br />Section 4.1.2. Lots 2 and 3 shall be restricted to use as a <br />multilevel garage for the off-street parking of motor vehicles, <br />and accessory and incidental uses normally accompanying such <br />parking garages until the Termination Date of Lot 2. <br />Section 4.1.3.
