Starting on the Commencement Date of <br />1, Landlord hereby leases Let 1 to Tenant of Lot 1 and Tenant <br />` <br />Lot <br />of Lot 1 hereby leases Lot 1 from Landlord. Starting on the <br />Commencement Date of Lot 2, Landlord hereby ].eases Lot 2 to <br />Lot 2 and Tenant of Lot 2 hereby leases Lot 2 from <br />Tenant of <br />Landlord. <br />Section 3.1.1. Construction. Pursuant to the Plan and <br />as approved by the Landlord, Landlord, at <br />Construction Documents <br />Landlord's expense, will cause the construction of a parking <br />based upon a reasonable expedient timetable on Lots 2 and <br />garage <br />and a hard surface parking lot on Lot <br />"Parking ") 1 <br />3 ( Garage <br />"Parking Lot "); provided that the competitive bidding process <br />( <br />bid that is within the Landlord's proposed budget for <br />produces a <br />the Parking Garage and Parking Lot; and further provided that if <br />Landlord fails to cause the completion of the construction of the <br />Parking Garage or Parking Lot, Landlord shall not be liable for <br />consequential damages of the Tenants. <br />Section 3.1.2. Intention. Acce tance of Lot Premises.
